Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We ship via USPS with tracking provided.
Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
During high seasons (spring and summer), processing may take an extra day or two.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package all the way to your door.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, whether it means a reshipment or refund.

We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
To ensure seed quality, we carefully pack all orders to protect them from moisture and damage during transit. If anything arrives in poor condition, email us a photo—we’ll make it right.
